On November 8,9th XV forum of the interregional partnership of Kazakstan and Russia was held in Petropavl, where leaders of both countries Nursultan Nazarbayev and Vladimir Putin participated. A special exhibition “New approaches and tendencies in developing Kazakh and Russian tourism” was set in the framework of the forum. The exhibition was held at the new tennis center of Petropavl.

According to Petropavlovsk.news, about 800 people from 38 regions of Kazakhstan and Russia participated in the forum, and more than 2500 people were registered in the official website. In three days almost 10,000 visitors attended the thematic exhibition. More than 30 interregional and intergovernmental documents were signed up during the conference.

Republican public association QazaqGeography became a part of the thematic exhibition. The association successfully presented its five-year work at the six-meter media-wall. The best work of the photo-contest “My Kazakhstan” as well as the best photo-shoots from the photography contest “The most beautiful country” by Russian Geography Association were displayed at the media-wall. Also, the most remarkable work by National Geographic Kazakhstan was shown at this presentation wall.
